Big bay windows, ropes, a pinewood bar, copper light fixtures…. The luminous Copperbay has hoisted its sails and set off as far as possible from chic and sulking lands. At the helm, Aurélie (ex-Forum), Julien (Papa Doble in Montpellier) and Elfie have created a traveling menu. Where you’ll find a very exotic Malgache Swizzle (pineapple-infused rum, curry mix, vanilla, coconut water with toasted buckwheat and lime juice, €13), alongside a very classic Dry Martini made with Absolut Elyx vodka (€14).
