Ever since the year 2000, Le Fooding has been exploring France and the world at large, searching for the best establishments that make and break the taste of the times. And this year? We’ve got a brand-new guide featuring 400 establishments across Belgium !

Ingenious restaurants, bars d’auteur, stylish bedrooms, thirst-quenching cellars and stand-out shops: the crème de la crème of Wallonia, Brussels and Flanders’ foodosphere.

Fed by a Belgian team of anonymous freelance reporters (don’t change a winning formula!), this new iteration of the Fooding guide will be available for preorder starting in May. To follow and support the project…
