THE STORY: The first floating hotel to be opened in the capital, the OFF Paris-Seine cast its anchor off the Quai d’Austerliz in June of 2016, in the 13th arrondissement. Specially created for the occasion, this giant, 75-meter-long catamaran is composed of two sections, hitched together by a glass-roofed corridor. Aboard: 58 ultra-contemporary rooms with warm tones, wood, copper, zinc and glass, and views of the right bank or the left bank. Not to mention a very exclusive lap pool and a bar. Double rooms starting at €160 a night.
