Pour la neuvième édition de Foodstock, Le Fooding rallume ses feux à la Rotonde Stalingrad, en mettant l’accent sur une nourriture saine et responsable, avec des produits bio, locaux, et des chefs sensibilisés aux problématiques éthiques et écologiques… Au menu du 20 mai 2016 : festin sonore et gourmand pour un plaisir durable, braseros salés pour faire danser les saveurs, quatre concerts live au coin du feu, et James Son of a Beer en avant-première mondiale !
