What can you expect from Jimmy De Groof and chef Ben Somers’ haunt? An old épicerie remastered with a cozy-cool look complete with beautiful checkerboard tiling, and the perfect refuge for an organic/veggie-forward breakfast or lunch. On the program: salads (quinoa, goat’s cheese and pumpkin); sourdough sammies; next-level burgers with brioche buns stuffed with pulled pork and coleslaw; soups of the day; hasselback sweet potato with pesto… All locally sourced and almost all ticking the vegan and gluten-free boxes.
