Little Tuscany, really? At first glance, this urban inn located across from Square Montholon seems to have as much in common with an Italian trattoria (old hardwood floors, rustic tables) as a modern Parisian bistro (unfinished walls, Edison bulbs)… But that’s without mentioning the sing-song accents that fill the space, or the plates dreamt up by Antonio Biachi (who also owns Amore Amaro), which pay homage to the pasta of Pina, his mamma. The night we went, we had all of the following: an antipasto plate featuring plump burrata, bresaola and truffle cream; dolce vita-esque egg yolk linguine with clams and datterini tomatoes – or gnocchi glistening in a molto buono toasted almond pesto; before a very light tiramisu, devoured pronto. // Jean Pascal
