Insane views, rough walls, powdered velvet chairs, a long pleated wood bar… Located directly across from the sea, this fisherman’s house now acts as a low tower where chatty diners feast and linger until late in the night. From inside their Babel Babel, Olivier Daniel and Kevin Lalanne (ex-El Merkado) send out badass, mouthwatering tapas: crispy yet tender fried polenta with a tomato dip; sweet roasted eggplant with tahini and an œuf parfait; tender and well-seasoned lamb kefta; or even some incredible tuna belly from Antibes. It’s all served with warm homemade pita bread, and a very chic seasonal fruit and labneh pavlova for dessert. Yum! // Elena di Benedetto
