A pistachio colored ceiling, a wooden bar, knickknacks… Nothing is missing from this Pompidou-esque conservatory where the Nguyen clan has been serving mouthwatering Vietnamese cuisine since 2016: a fresh pineapple, lemongrass, shrimp and calamari salad (€8.50); an illustrious bun bo xao (€8.80) that you compose yourself – we went for shrimp, grilled pork and peanuts; classic red beans with sticky rice and coconut milk for dessert (€4.20), etc. It’s copious and will take you far from the Berry region! To drink, there’s classic Saigon beer (€3 for 330 ml) or Les Griottes, a Valençay red from Francis Jourdain (€14 a bottle). Set menus from €9.50 to €12.90 (weekday lunch), menu €16.50 (dinner), à la carte from €14.50 to €25.20. // P.A.
