Look at this pretty little spot with its bright red façade, pink marble tables and bar, light green walls and an open kitchen! And what’s more, this tiny Parisian temple to the cuisine of Xi’an (the capital of Shaanxi province in central China) even serves incredible dishes too! Available à la carte: delicious momo (grilled stuffed buns filled with your choice of stewed pork, lacquered duck, tofu or chicken); crispy seasonal vegetable tempura with homemade mayo; a funky seaweed salad with oyster sauce, sesame oil, red onion and fennel; delicious rice with sautéed calamari, homemade BBQ sauce, minced cabbage and thinly sliced daikon radish; or the cult-favorite dish called liangpi (cold noodles) with cucumber, soy beans and sesame. For dessert, there’s a decent green tea flan, refreshing mango slices over a bed of black rice cooked in coconut milk, or black sesame ice cream, etc. // O.J.

FEELING THIRSTY? An organic red Bordeaux from the Château Rioublanc (€5 a glass), a Tsingtao IPA (€5.50 for 330 ml) and a profusion of teas prepared with precision from all over China.

PRICE: Appetizers €7.80, momo €6.50 to €7.50, liangpi €8.50 to €9.50, rice dishes €10.80, desserts €5.50.
