Eveylne and Pascal Clairet, owners of the Domaine de la Tournelle and stars of the Arbois natural wine scene, transformed their vineyard garden into a summertime bar along the Cuisance River. Kick back while pairing their wines with some regional eats: Comté aged for 18 months by Marcel Petite that melts on the tongue; respectable saucisson from Grosjean; lovely trout rillettes from the Grottes aux Planches fish farm; a classic homemade pork, chicken liver and spinach terrine. Not to mention their refreshing seasonal vegetable salad topped with your choice of fresh goat cheese or trout in aspic. // Simona Leroy
