Antibes locals can’t get enough of this pizza joint! At Pizza & Co, under the watchful eye of Roberto Benigni, pizzaddicts wolf down Sandra and Maurizio’s individually-served slices, which are always made on perfect, soft yet crispy dough. Served directly at the brick counter the day we went for lunch: a Pachino made with fresh tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and basil; a Salsiccia sprinkled with roasted sausage meat and mushrooms; a Tartufata that combined truffle cream and mozzarella; before a classic homemade tiramisu, panna cotta or cannoli for dessert. // E.DiB.
