On rue des Fabriques-Nadal, Yannick Ferez (ex-Percherons in Céret) is lighting up Perpi City with his intimate restaurant Sagí (brick walls, vintage furniture, natural wines hanging from butcher’s hooks along the wall). The last time, we ate beautiful small plates: a classic Sexy Bikini – brioche stuffed with slow-roasted pork loin, melted manchego and fresh herb mayonnaise, plus patatas bravas on the side; paleta de cebo (Iberian pork shoulder) that practically melts in your mouth; sublime smoked sardines swimming around in green tomato water; comforting mussels plunged into a rabbit broth; firm octopus with a thick green pesto; before a comforting apricot compote with mascarpone on the side. // Mado Réassouet
