The CHeesy pop-up, concocted by Les Fromages de Suisse and Le Fooding, will croquette like it’s hot from 4 to 29 October at the Brussels wine bar Rebel! Four fully ripened chef-cheesemonger duos will each take it in turn to host the croquette party, deep-frying up tiny cheese bombs that celebrate the hole-y Swiss stuff, complete with charcuterie, good Helvetian wines and much more!
