    Jingle Belge!

    From December 8th through December 10th, Le Fooding and BRU will be transforming Petit Mercado in Brussels into a gift-filled extravaganza, unveiling an exclusive collection of impressive products made in collaboration with Belgian artisans and restaurants. And to wrap it all up with a neat little bow, there’s a festive lineup of events: a fiery Flanders dinner put together by Alberte and shaken up by Jigger’s, who will be traveling to the Belgian capital from Ghent for the occasion; a roasted chicken party orchestrated by Petit Mercado and their friends of Liesse; a carefully chosen selection of vintage watches put together by Clockbusters for all your gifting needs… You won’t want to miss even a smidgen of the festivities, so check it out right here!

    Ready, steady, cheese!

    The CHeesy pop-up, concocted by Les Fromages de Suisse and Le Fooding, will croquette like it’s hot from 4 to 29 October at the Brussels wine bar Rebel! Four fully ripened chef-cheesemonger duos will each take it in turn to host the croquette party, deep-frying up tiny cheese bombs that celebrate the hole-y Swiss stuff, complete with charcuterie, good Helvetian wines and much more!     Gettin’ down and cheesy!

    Les Fromages de Suisse and Le Fooding are teaming up to present CHeesy: a cheese-wheelin’ croquette pop-up from 4 to 29 October at Rebel, the rebellious wine bar in Brussels, bringing together the Kingdom’s best chefs and cheesemongers for some incredibly oozy action.
