A few animated souvenirs from La Cambuse Effervescente, the 18th and 19th of November, 2011. Aboard which, Le Fooding and S.Pellegrino welcomed you on some unforgettable tours of the Seine. Captains of these foodboats for a night, you’ll surely recognize the chefs Daniel Rose, Betrand Grébaut and Nicolas Darnauguilhem. Homage should also be paid to Ludivine Billaud for setting the table, Sean Rembold (Marlow and Sons — Brooklyn) for the Sail’in burgers and Chris Esquerre for the craziest audio guide in the history of bateaux-mouches…
