On the menu: the best faubourgeois chefs in the entire world (Isaac McHale & James Lowe from East London, Bertrand Grébaut and Inaki Aizpitarte from East Paris, Ignacio Mattos and Fredrik Berselius from Williamsburg), and unhoped-for contributions from amazing artists and DJs (Dustin Yellin, Mike D, Chromeo, etc.) for an unprecedented salad bowl of the taste of the times.
