Le Grand Fooding Milano 2011

In October of 2011, Le Fooding organized a summit meeting between the cream of Italian chefs (Mauro Colagreco, Christian Puglisi, Rich Carbone, Giovanni Passerini, Cristiano Tomei, Davide Oldani…) and the buttermilk of the Italophage diaspora (Jon Pollard, Jed Cote…). All brought together to celebrate « Il Trionfo dello Spaghetto Gigante. » Animated souvenirs of these three historic evenings.
