THE STORY: “G” is for Gallinier, the last name of the three sisters running this place. “Bloc” is for the block, in the old town, that the sisters transformed into an ultra-contemporary island, with five rooms and an apartment with minimalist décor, furnished with found objects, often handmade. An impeccable base camp for discovering the town or for having a glass of Minervois at the foot of the old bridge. Rooms from €100 to €120. Apartment at €150 per night, for two people.

BREAKFAST: Included and copious “mini-brunch” with ham, eggs, seasonal fruit, grains, homemade cakes.
