A small and cozy natural wine bar that’s been posted up in the Eilandje neighborhood since 2018, with its (occasionally) sunny terrace, black and white decor and good vibes. That’s where Pieter Mullie and his dog Pablo offer up fermented juices that are heavy on the fruit: VN Partida Creus, a Catalan white, or Le Temps Fait Tout, a Languedoc red from Rémi Poujol…. Not to mention the tasty tapas – olives, toasted almonds, manchego and slow-roasted figs (€6-14) with bread from the bakery A Fresh Tart. // Kiko Zushi

The bullet-proof bottle: Fins Als Kullons from Finca Parera, a light and refreshing hybrid three varietal red-white wine produced biodynamically in Pendès (€52/liter).
