NUMBER OF ROOMS: 1 bed & breakfast room and 3 ecolodges for 5 and 6 people
CLOSED ANNUALLY: Open all year round

THE STORY: Leaving Paris with four kids in her arms, the stylist Isabelle Sallusti has found happiness in the meadows! More precisely on the restanques of Nice’s backcountry, where she has established her educational mini farm: a veritable organic oasis, away from the crowds of the Côte d’Azur, with beehives, chickens and rabbits, an orchard, a “wild permaculture vegetable patch,” and the sea on the horizon! In the middle of nature, but a little bit away from the hive of activity, Isabella offers a big and luminous bed & breakfast, that gives out onto the terrace and the pool, and three ecolodges with a savannah ambiance: big rigid 40 square meter tents, mounted on stilts (90 square meters), with bathrooms, big wooden terraces and an exterior shower in the former cow trough. The room and the lodges each have their own kitchen to stew up vegetables from the garden. And everything is organic, bien sûr: the menu at the communal table and the cooking classes, the local wine, and even the big swimming pond with its filtering plants. €190 (room or lodge).

TOILETRIES: Ecological savon d’Alep or black soap based products, compatible with the phytopurification systems (don’t forget to rinse off your sunscreen before diving in the pool).
INTERNET: Wifi (free).
BREAKFAST: €16, all organic, with croissants, country bread, homemade jams, fruit juices; “health food” options: fruit smoothies, gluten-free creams (banana-avocado, etc.).
LITTLE LUXURY: The baskets of fresh veggies collected from the vegetable patch, sold every morning if you want to cook on site. And you can also purchase Isabella’s jams.
