THE STORY: A metamorphosis! Under the guidance of Isabelle and Philippe Lichtenthurn, this big 17th century building perched on a rocky promontory in Méthamis has been transformed into a modernist refuge (waxed concrete floors, industrial and vintage furniture). Ideal for bumming around while contemplating Mount Ventoux and the Montmirail mountaintops from your private jacuzzi (one in each room) or the sublime infinity pool overlooking the Nesque gorges, before treating yourself to a massage (€80), or borrowing a tandem bike or the house’s Topolino Fiat (from the year 1953) for an adventure. Rooms from €140 to €210.

BREAKFAST: Included, with homemade organic bread, baguette, muesli, yogurt, cheeses from the area, homemade jam, homemade cakes, eggs.
LITTLE LUXURY: Sleep outside! Mounted onto a frame, the big bed from the A la belle étoile room can easily be moved out onto the terrace.
