NUMBER OF ROOMS: 6 cabins
CLOSED ANNUALLY: Open all year round

TH
E STORY:
Impressive, the specifications for the Salagnac estate… The owners wanted 100% perched eco cabins, perfectly integrated into the 35 hectares of surrounding forest, and they definitely didn’t want “Smurf houses!” So the architect Apolline Terrier orchestrated their desires by imagining six elegant little cabins with stilt terraces, built with blond wood and ultra-contemporary lines. Inside, seventies furniture, equipped kitchens, ecological purification systems, iPhone docks and grandiose views across the bay windows to stimulate your woodsman fantasies. €210 the first night, €190 the second, €170 the nights after, €1,100 the week.

TOILETRIES: Organic shower gel.
INTERNET: Free (wifi in the main building)
BREAKFAST: The fridge is filled when you arrive with everything you could need for breakfast (bread, butter, jam, milk, Nespresso pods, etc.). It’s possible to buy all of the necessary dry products at the front desk.
MINI-BAR: No, but bottles of wine and champagne are sold at the front desk.
LITTLE LUXURY: For a snack in your cabin, you can order a dinner basket with regional products (foie gras, charcuteries, cheese), salty dishes, and clafoutis or homemade tart (from €25 for two, without wine), or, when the season is right, collect cèpes and chanterelles from the woods: fresh eggs for a mushroom omelet are provided by the farm next door!
