THE STORY: A Parisian adman, Patrick has joined mamaJosette’s ranks, to turn this peaceful family home at the heart of the Aigues-Mortes ramparts into a perfect haven for relaxation. With ethnic chic style, the décor of the five suites (including one with a private terrace) pairs beautifully with the original elements – mosaic tiles, exposed rafters, a majestic staircase, a marble fireplace… The cherry on top of the patio: the courtyard, an ideal spot for lazing about with a glass of rosé in hand. Rooms starting at €100 a night (+€35 cleaning fee) and €680 a week (everything included).

BREAKFAST: No, but there’s an equipped kitchen in every suite, with a coffee machine and capsules available to you.
