THE STORY: It’s quite simple: Maison Réveillon has it all! That’s because its owner Marie Faure-Ambroise (the founder of My Travel Dreams) left nothing to chance when she turned this little corner of Vexin into a refuge for city-dwellers in need of greenery. An hour from Paris by car, the two buildings of her gîte have plenty of sleeping arrangements: on one side of the property, you’ll find the former outbuilding of a 16th century mill, which has been cleverly remodeled; on the other, a small stone house, equipped with a private terrace…And both of them have quite a lot of wood details, multiple bathrooms and beautiful antique pieces, so your twenty-some tribe can relax in style. The cherry on top? The game room filled with costumes, books and games for kids… Gîte starting at €2,000 for a weekend, €2,400 for the week.
BREAKFAST: A fully-equipped kitchen so you can make it yourself: a Nespresso espresso machine, a juicer, a toaster… and beautiful Breton bowls bearing illustrations of the place.
TOILETRIES: Organic What Matters products available in miniatures.
LITTLE LUXURY: Taking the small wooden bridge that crosses over the Réveillon, a stream that winds its way through the garden (now you know)!
