At their HQ on Rue de la Colombette (all pale wood, marble-topped tables and plush banquettes), the two Camilles – Le Barillec (pastry chef) and Vivian (chef), who both worked under Alléno – serve up a globe-trotting sweet-and-savory menu inspired by their travels. Craving an all-day breakfast? No need to choose between a dippy egg or a sweet treat, here you can have both! On the menu that day: a rolled omelet layered like a mille-feuille, napped in cacio e pepe sauce and blanketed with Parmesan, served with toasted sourdough; a podgy English muffin piled with smashed Toulouse sausage, wobbly omelet and house pickles; plus tempting sides like crispy-yet-pillowy gougères or a small salad glossed in walnut oil. To finish on a sweet note: an airy Fontainebleau folded with Greek yogurt, strawberries and citrusy granola; a knockout 75% Tanzanian dark chocolate cookie flecked with fleur de sel; or pancakes slathered in your choice of crunchy peanut butter, whisky butter or apricot jam. The best part? The house-made spreads are available to take home by the jar. Breakfast, officially leveled-up! · Marie Delcampo

FEELING THIRSTY? Specialty coffees – Americano, latte or filter (€2-5); refreshing homemade drinks like Orgeata (a frappé coffee with a hit of orgeat syrup and crowned with cream, €5), homemade iced tea or lemonade (€4.50); and a beers from Brasserie Aviateur (€5.50 for 330 ml).

PRICE: Dishes €13.50 to €15.50, sides €3.80 to €8.50, sweets €5 to €8.50, kids’ menu.
