While Joris Verbruggen doesn’t necessarily have his eye on the prize for best decor with Non Solo Tè, when it comes to the his French cuisine and gastronomy – now we’re talking! The menu is extremely simple: two starters, two mains and two desserts, plus a cheese option. We opted for: chunks of smoked eel paired perfectly with tabbouleh, beetroot and sesame; comforting skrei cod cuddling up to creamy mash, hand-peeled shrimp and parsley sauce; before an impeccable crème brûlée. //Juno Madre

FEELING THIRSTY? There’s no lack of choice in the wine cellar! L’Étoile, a Jura white from Domaine Joly (€51 a bottle), a Morgon from Domaine Lapierre (€45), and Amaltea from Loxarel, an unfiltered Catalan red without the addition of a dosage (€8 a glass).

PRICE: À la carte €55, cheese €15, food and wine pairing €8 per glass.
