While Joris Verbruggen doesn’t necessarily have his eye on the prize for best decor with Non Solo Tè, when it comes to the his French cuisine and gastronomy – now we’re talking! The menu is extremely simple: two starters, two mains and two desserts, plus a cheese option. We opted for: chunks of smoked eel paired perfectly with tabbouleh, beetroot and sesame; comforting skrei cod cuddling up to creamy mash, hand-peeled shrimp and parsley sauce; before an impeccable crème brûlée. //Juno Madre
