This place is a true treasure chest of goodies! On the Île Saint-Louis, owner Hervé Lethielleux, a fervent advocate for organic and natural wines, has been catering to purists for twenty years now. Uncork something from the 300 labels in this legendary wine shop, like Les Nouvelles, a Jura Savagnin from Philippe Chatillon (€49), a Beaujolais-Villages from the Domaine Croix-Charnay (€17.50), or even Zéro, a Riesling from the Domaine Clé de Sol (€22.90). And to spice it all up a bit, you can bring home a 2010 Marc du Jura from Labet (€60 for 750 ml) or an Origin gin from the Distillerie du Chant du Cygne (€63 for 500 ml). Plenty to have you seeing stars! // Gwen Jacquère

The bullet-proof bottle: La Poule, an Angevin Cabernet franc from the Closerie de Belle Poule (€21).
