NUMBER OF ROOMS: 45 rooms, 4 suites

THE STORY: Montorgueil, a fashionable village if there ever was one, is no longer a no man’s land for hotels. After three years of assiduous renovations, Dorothée Meilichzon — the star interior designer of the moment (Grand Pigalle Hôtel, Hôtel Paradis, Beef Club…) — has finally finished her interpretation of a four-star hotel. Owned by Samy Marciano, the CEO of Rodier, the Bachaumont is now an Art Deco hotel featuring cool colors (blue, green, gray…). The rooms? There are 49 of them, starting at €280 a night, two of which are equipped with a kitchen corner decked out in Cararre marble.

TOILETRIES: Hôtel Bachaumont shampoo, condition, shower gel and body lotion.
INTERNET: Wifi (free and powerful).
BREAKFAST: Continental/American breakfast at €20, with hot drinks, breads, freshly made fruit juices, madeleines, cake, eggs, ham, and a gluten-free option.
MINI-BAR: Yes, with mineral waters, soda, Billecart-Salmon Champagne, along with a courtesy platter with tea or Nespresso coffee. A bottle of mineral water is provided free of charge.
LITTLE LUXURY: The Montmartre suite and its three little balconies with a view of Paris’s rooftops.
