Élie, Léa and Samuel Sebbag have a lot of irons in the fire! They’re just as comfortable with the business side of things as they are in the kitchen, and this sibling trio wants to make your supermarket experience more enjoyable, after being introduced to the finer things in life by their grandma Alice. Since 2019, they’ve been dancing the Miyam in this storehouse filled with fresh products adorned with lovely normcore labels. In addition to apricots from Provence and heirloom tomatoes grown in Île-de-France? There’s dried pasta from Italy, iconic semolina bread that pays homage to their roots, Levantine spices (za’atar, sumac, cumin, dukkha), small jars of pesto, taramasalata, tapenade, hummus… Don’t forget to grab a portion of their tantalizing rice pudding on your way out the door! // Sofia Ortolan

Hidden gem: Their amlou, a divine honey and almond spread (€5.80/180g).
