Paul, Jérémie and Josh love loud music and good food. That’s why they created Cadence, a musical restaurant that puts everyone in a good mood! Located on Avenue Parmentier behind a blue awning, it’s all wood, corrugated sheet metal and vinlys hanging on the walls. But it’s also: beef croquettes with harissa-spiced mayonnaise; padron peppers and a coriander mayonnaise for dipping; a sexy Scotch egg with aioli; a briny combo of cuttlefish, mussels and sea beans with salsify and a touch of heat from ‘nduja; bacon-wrapped figs on a bed of goat cheese and honey; cheeses from the nearby Fromagerie Goncourt; and a lovely salted butter caramel tart for dessert. Don’t miss the swinging appetizer + main + disco nights on Saturdays! // E.P.
