Alsatian chef Thierry Schwartz continues to showcase products from the region – and who could blame him, when he unearths such good ones! In this tiny boutique whose entrance is filled with pretzels, you’ll find all the mainstays of your typical bakery (seeded breads, tradition baguettes), along with some particularly fantastic local pastries: organic streusel, cinnamon crosses, vanilla flan, sweet or savory kouglofs… As for the épicerie section, there’s a beautiful selection of products to take away (strawberry fruit jelly candies, homemade muesli, green peppercorn duck pâté) and even a few chic bottles of wine, like the 2017 sylvaner from the Domaine Achillée. // Gwen Jacquère
THE HIDDEN GEM: The hut-shaped flaky pastry made with organic fleur de sel (€7.20 for 500 g).
