This is the story of two brothers, Maxime and Geoffray, and their friend and partner, Clovis, who developed a passion for craft beers early on. The three of them launched their own brewery back in 2017 and after struggling to find their footing in terms of distribution, they opened up a tasting room in a beautiful space: after walking past the fermentation tanks, you’ll find yourself in a glass-ceilinged inner courtyard with intimate gallery-style nooks upstairs. At any given time, there are no fewer than ten house beers available on tap, which, refusing to be categorized by color, play up the geographical origins of their hops in order to define their different flavor profiles, all of which always manage to quench our thirst (€4 for a half-pint, €7 for a pint). And far from limiting themselves just to beer, the trio expanded their offerings to include a selection of rums, whiskeys, homemade sparkling infusions, kombuchas and wine served by the glass (€5-8). Best of all, to sop up all those libations, there are a few tasty eats (homemade bread and hummus, pastrami sandwiches, roughly €6), including some delicious pizzas from 7pm onwards (€9-13): reasonably puffed up crusts, ultra-thin and crispy dough – a true delight! // Adrien Nouviaire
