There’s no need to worry about oil leaks at this former scooter storage facility, commandeered by the prolific friends behind Chambre Noire (and Furia and Cave Canaille), where pinots and chardos now flow freely. It boasts two distinct spaces (which aren’t quite fully finished) and two moods: on one side – the side that’s still under construction – planks of wood reveal the future wine cellar that’s already stocked with beautiful bottles (like Rotling, a German white produced by Max Dexheimer, €38); on the other, a lovely ambient hubbub punctuated by the comings and goings of Leonora Nørtoft Saabye, a chatty and knowledgeable sommelier, and the disco-funk-heavy basslines of the record spinning guest DJ sets every Thursday night. Meanwhile, Dammi Welangia sends out small plates with Japanese and Mediterranean influences: crispy fried tofu with beautiful leeks and a green sauce made with cilantro, ginger, orange juice and soy sauce; or burrata that’s anything but bland, paired with radicchio – both €10. // Maria Mariaux
