Fancy some eggs? Head to Round, a white brick shop run by Fabien Courmont and Olivier Ottavi, a stone’s throw from the Canal Saint-Martin. Their specialty? Deliciously saucy egg buns, whipped up by chef Polti in front of hungry customers in this Beach-Boys-esque atmosphere. Want our personal rec? Opt for the Classic Bacon, which combines a fried egg, cheddar, smoked bacon and sriracha mayonnaise between two light potato buns, or the Sunny Smash, with a plancha-smashed Limousine steak patty, sunny-side up egg, cheddar, red onions and the house pickles. Wolf it all down with some good double-fried fries, before a big cookie if you’ve still got room for dessert! // Jean Pascal
