THE STORY: Down below, Pascal Grimberg’s restaurant, simply delicious, and one flight of stairs above, the B&B rooms of host Nathalie Bourdin, simply beautiful. La Baie de Somme being a very Belgian tourist destination, the place’s décor is quite “Flemish”: light wood, subtle vintage… Rooms from €95 (one people) to €150 (3 people).

BREAKFAST: Included, and locavore whenever possible, with farm butter, artisanal English Tea Together jams, breads cooked in a wood-burning oven, farm-fresh yogurts, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee.
