CLOSED ANNUALLY: From January 5th to January 25th, and from July 5th to July 20th, 2019

THE STORY: One hundred chickens, one cabin and the Schmitt family keeping an eye on things. The cabin is delicious, even if the trip is a foray into eco-wilderness: candlelight, wooden stove, no running water, no electricity. Very comfortable bathroom and tearoom only 30 meters away, at the back of the garden. Room from €130 (2 persons) to €150 (4 persons).

TOILETRIES: Organic body wash and shampoo, without parabens.
INTERNET: Only in the tearoom, in the family’s home.
BREAKFAST: Included, homemade with local Perche products—Perche baguette, dairy products, brioches… Charcuterie and cheese plates (€12/14).
LITTLE LUXURY: Rubber boots available for trekking through the mud.
