On the ground floor you’ll find his famous version française of fast food, where he offers up the world’s best Angevin burger… And upstairs, you’ll discover a sumptuous lounge and fourteen comfortable and intimate guest rooms, with immaculate eiderdown quilts, old hardwood floors, free newspapers, iPads on loan, exhibitions and concierge service.
