THE STORY: Inspired by traditional Alsatian barns, the new annexe location of the Hôtel des Berges, located in the little village of Illhaeusern, is a pared down space that’s perfect for relaxation… Dreamt up by the Jouin Manku agency, it has a spa on the ground floor and five spacious suites (40 m2, 7-meter-high ceilings), each equipped with a custom-made bed at the center of the room, a big plank of oak wood that acts as a desk, and a private terrace…. You’ll start feeling relaxed straight away, guaranteed. Junior suites starting at €450 a night.
