Cositas: tapas that pack a punch! That could well be the tagline for this Spanish tapas bar in the heart of Liège where the menu is every bit as enticing as the atmosphere. Behind the exposed brick walls, the electric atmosphere is buzzing with the energy of a noches in Madrid. Come for the food, come back for the vibe. Or maybe it’s the other way around, with Romina turning out one tempting plate after another from the large central counter, from authentic tortilla de patatas and meltingly good jamón ibérico to legendary croquetas… and just about everything that comes out of the sea, from fried baby squid to garlicky gambas al ajillo.
