Felice Miluzzi has doubled down! After Rossi, his Slow Food gastronomic spot, the Italian chef invested in a city center manor house in 2021, with a garden terrace out back where herbs and vegetables are grown, destined for dishes on the menu. Here is a gourmet pizzeria that obeys the house philosophy: “a Neapolitan pizza made on a slow-fermented organic sourdough crust, cooked in a wood-fired clay oven with exceptional ingredients.” In concrete terms: a dough made using Antico Molino Rosso flour, juicy San Marzano tomatoes, and seasonal, Italian-sourced toppings (Cetara anchovies, Tropea red onions). Our fave? La Tropea, with its constrasting flavors thanks to ‘nduja and confit onions softened by buratta from Puglia; followed by the Diavola with spicy salami and provola; and the Dell’Orto with fior di latte mozzarella and seasonal vegetables. And what sets this place apart from the rest? Its Italian menu that doesn’t play second fiddle: antipasti (vitello tonnato; scallops and truffled potato cream), daily specials (eggplant, tomato and basil a-gogo) and tiramisu with Piedmont hazelnuts or homemade sorbets to finish. // Rémi Nigaut

FEELING THIRSTY? Sun-drenched Spritz, Negroni or Calabrian gin & tonic (€9-15), natural bottles from the Peninsula (Roero Arneis, a Piedmontese white from Vietti at €42, Amarone della Valpolicella from Musella at €90), Brussels Beer Project beers (€3.90 to €5.50) or Cantillon lambics (€28 to €38), and Caffè Vero coffee served in a Bialetti stovetop espresso maker (€3).
PRICE: Antipasti €16-26, pizzas €13-22, menus €29-35 (lunch) and €39-49 (dinner).
