This dim sum spot is the perfect mood booster! A few pale wood tables, exotic wallpaper and a semi-open kitchen where all kinds of small Cantonese bites were being prepared the day we went for lunch, served with an explosively flavorful sriracha dipping sauce: chicken, mint, peanuts; beef, Thai basil, lemongrass; pork, eggplant, smoked duck breast…. Pair them all with sides that are perfectly executed by the boss, Paul Léonard, who just handed over the reins to Lucas Chevalier: a big slow-roasted lamb bao burger dripping with curry sauce; excellent beef tataki in a sesame and fried onion sauce, served with a rice bowl pimped out with makrut lime and orange juice; bluefin tuna tataki intensified by preserved lemon and a lovely fennel vinaigrette; perfect green papaya and under-ripe mango salad to cleanse the palate; before a classic chocolate, tonka bean and salted caramel lava cake. // Antoine Antoine
