The crème de la crème of churned cream can be found at Bachir, a Lebanese institution that’s been run by the same family since 1936, and whose founders’ granddaughters, Maryline, Jessy and Caroline, decided to share their treasures with Parisians back in 2017. At their shops opened from noon till night, we wolf down organic artisan ice creams (€4.50 to €8.50 depending on the format), with an obscenely creamy texture that almost feels like marshmallow, and admirable flavors: intensely potent pistachio, delicate almond, crazy apricot, subtle rose petal… all sprinkled in crushed pistachios (+€2.90) and topped with whipped cream. // Louise Delange

The hidden gem: The house’s signature Instagram-famous flavor, the inimitable Achta ice cream made with fleur de lait, orange blossom and mastic (a resin), from €7.40 to €11.40 depending on the format.
