From behind her deli counter, Nathalie Chiaradia keeps on sending out the good stuff, time after time, with her take-away meals. With an Italian dad and an Algerian mom, it was only natural that her cuisine interpret the Mediterranean at its finest, collaborating with a bunch of local producers for 100% homemade eats. Sniff, sniff… what’s cooking over at Imma? Cheese and mint cigars that whisk us away to the Atlas Mountains, leeks in tonnato sauce which gestures with its hands, or even some focaccia made by the book… as well veal tajine with peas, Iranian dried lime and Kalamata olives. Unable to get your hands on the goods? No worries, Imma’s dishes are also available in Uhoda grocery stores. In a hurry at lunch? The fully-loaded sandwiches will do the trick, like the one with slow-cooked lamb, red cabbage, tahini and zhoug hot sauce all stuffed into bread from the Sam bakery. // Bianca Bernard
