Head over to House Garden, a small bar with zero fuss (naked stone walls, school chairs, hanging light bulbs), where the bearded Olivier Martinez (ex-Hoxton) and Yann Salentin (ex-Steaking) deliver a dozen cocktails made with magic potions. They include a N/A with delicate herb notes (gin, Bénédictine, Dolin blanc infused with onions and shiitake, €11), or a wintery Folle Nuit Blanche – vodka, Calvados, gingerbread syrup, apple schrub, lemonade (€11). And for the snacks? An honest cheese platter (€17), truffled mortadella croque monsieurs (€12) or wild boar saucisson (€7). // A.B.
