On the second floor of the Maison de la Radio, the views of the Beaugrenelle skyline will take you on an unexpected trip through the 1960s, while Le Belair evokes a Pompidou airport lounge as you wait to board the Concorde, along with stewardesses dressed in Courrèges. In the control tower is Hugo Vasquez (ex-Experimental Cocktail Club) and Sébastien Serra (ex-Golden Promise), who co-pilot a squadron composed of six cocktails (€12). Like the Trois Petits Singes with its subtle herb notes (Monkey Shoulder whiskey, Chartreuse, lime, homemade berry syrup) or the Rose de Marrakech that’s smooth and thirst-quenching (Hendrick’s gin, elderberry blossom tonic, lemon, fresh raspberries, egg white). Mocktails upon request for the redeye captains (€8). And to get the mood off the ground: an electro pop DJ and a lit-up dance floor! A.B.
