A mint storefront and retro decor for this disco-bar with a 90s soundtrack of nostalgia-infused earworms. Led by Ben Wilson, Mike Jordhoy (both ex-Lulu White) and Tessa Reynolds (ex-Pernod Ricard), elixirs developed in the basement lab are dispensed on tap from around 30 vats. In the haze of the multicolored neon lights, sip a disorienting Manhattan with candied citrus fruit aromas (Rittenhouse Rye whiskey, Carpano Antica Formula and Punt e Mes vermouths, Cointreau Noir and coconut water), a powerful Nitro Espresso Martini (cold brew, Borghetti coffee liqueur, H by Hine cognac, raspberry and plum eaux de vie), or a delicate Mizuwari No. 2 (Monkey Shoulder whiskey, genmaicha tea, light soy sauce and vanilla extract), all at 12 or €13.
