THE STORY: Pierre Migayrou has transformed this old building from the 1930s, passed down to him by his great-grandfather, into a contemporary B&B. He still lives on the ground floor with his family, and welcomes his guests upstairs, in the four vast rooms named after the stars. Redone in matte black and grey, the house suddenly feels much younger, with contemporary lights and furniture. But she has kept her character and her sumptuous cement squares on the floor. Good to know: the neighborhood is residential but lively, and you can get to the center of town by foot. Rooms from €94 to €135 for two people.
TOILETRIES: L’Occitane shampoo, body wash, lotions and soaps.
INTERNET: Wifi (free).
BREAKFAST: Bread, viennoiseries fresh from the corner bakery, fruit salad, freshly squeezed orange juice, yogurts.
LITTLE LUXURY: The little (shared) terrace above, where you can take your breakfast on, or have a drink in the fresh air.
