One more time! After Les Garçons and Chez Pinot, the winning trio of Anthony Hernandez, Adrien Ottomani and Jonathan Parra is continuing their ascent in the Saint-Roch neighborhood with Hop. If this burger joint seems to have been designed with a certain Oberkampf or Brooklyn clientele in mind (unfinished walls, Edison bulbs, exposed piping and a menu… in English!), their smash burger is very much worth checking out: brioche buns from the Des Rêves & Du Pain bakery, juicy and perfectly caramelized Angus ground beef, runny cheddar cheese, available as a Bacon Cheese (bacon, pickled mustard seeds and smoked mayo), Spicy (pickled jalapeños, creamy chimichurri sauce) or Morbier version (Morbier cheese, chives, honey mustard), all served with freshly made fries, with a CBD add-on if you feel like it! // Gwen Jacquère

FEELING THIRSTY? A few beers including a very good IPA Hop Smash, made in partnership with the Montpellier brewery Brewing Bears (€5 for 330 ml) and classic soft drinks (€2.50 for 330 ml).
