In this charmless warehouse tucked away in the middle of a business park in Vannes, you’ll find a true temple to Italian delights! An avventura led by Cécile Helleu and Nicolas Sfintescu, the duo who were also behind L’Amarré (which had to permanently close due to covid), backed up with sourcing by Paìsano Alimentari in Paris. What will you find inside? A 250 m2 playground where you can grab colorful Il Contadini sauces, Pasta Picena dried pasta, tinned fish from Il Pescatore, traditional sweets from La Pasticceria Veniani and natural wines from Italy. In the cheese aisle, there’s an incredible selection of stracciatella, scamorza, ricotta and pecorino, while the neighboring window display is filled with lunchtime treats: involtini, focaccia and antipasto! The ideal spot for a chin-stained picnic when you need a break from the rainy Breton weather. // Héloïse Trubert
Hidden gem: The outstanding pizzas prepared fresh by the squadra (€3.50 to €6 a slice), which you can nibble on the terrace or on the Roguédas beach, a five-minute drive away.
