There are aged gems from the talented Vincent Verleyen (named Belgium’s Best Cheesemaker in 2014), like the explosively flavorful Trou Perdu washed in beer, or the aromatic Samson aux fleurs, an organic, raw-milk soft cheese that’s won several awards. In addition to the sacrosanct duo of wine and charcuterie, you’ll also find some lovely épicerie products, and best of all, a surprising selection of fondue-appropriate teas.
