The best naturist spot in the Nantes region! Paneled in wood from floor to ceiling, Sylvia and Xavier Mainguet’s wine bar supplies the Plage de la Bonne-Source with a 100% natural wine selection, sourced from the region and a little further away as well: La Folle de l’Ouest, a white blend from the Domaine des Cognettes (€24 a bottle), Les Quarterons, a Sancerre from Sébastien Riffault (€49)… And to go with it all? Exceedingly honest plates, prepared with locally sourced ingredients: line-caught Albacore tuna sashimi with berries; seaweed from Le Croisic prepared as a carbonara, with mussels, slow-cooked egg and Mimolette cheese; homemade linguine with grilled octopus and chorizo…  // Pop

The bullet-proof bottle: Rien que Melon, an Angevin white from La Paonnerie (€26).

Late-night munchies?
